The Payne County Board of County Commissioners met in a regular meeting of the board at 9:00 a.m. on April 20th, 2026, at the Payne County Administration Building, Gloria Hesser Commissioners Meeting Room 200/201, located in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
Chairman Zach Cavett called the meeting to order: Meeting called to order at 9:00 a.m.
