NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale with Appraisement issued out of the District Court of Payne County, Oklahoma in an action wherein Security Bank directed to me, the Sheriff of Payne County, Oklahoma, commanding me to levy and sell with appraisement the following described real property situated in Payne County, Oklahoma to-wit:
UNIT DESIGNATED NUMBER FIVE (5), IN WINDROCK CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT according to the Amended Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions for Windrock Condominium Development recorded in Book 343, Pages 219-263, of the records of Payne County, Oklahoma, together with its undivided 2.52% interest in and to the common elements appertaining thereto, all located on a tract of land situated in the SE/4 of Section 11, Township 19 North, Range 2 East of the Indian Meridian in the City of Stillwater, Payne County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 816.0 feet North and 433.0 feet N 89°41'35"W of the SE corner of said SE/4, thence N 89°41'35"W a distance of 120 feet, thence South 38.0 feet, thence Southeasterly around a curve to the left having a radius of 150 feet a distance of 90.54 feet, to a point being the SW corner of Lot 5, Block 4, RIDGECREST ADDITION, SECOND SECTION, thence Southwesterly a distance of 63 feet, to a point being the NE corner of Lot 1, Block 2, RIDGECREST ADDITION, thence N 89°48'W along the North line of said Lot 1, a distance of 338.8 feet to the NW corner of said Lot 1, said point being on the East Right-of-way line of the A.T. & S.F. Railroad, thence Northerly along said right-of-way a distance of approximately 550 feet, more or less, measured along said East right-of-way line, thence East 451.64 feet, thence South parallel to the East line of said SE/4, a distance of 377.86 feet more or less to the point of beginning.

I will on July 7, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m of said day at the East Door of the Payne County Courthouse, located at 606 S. Husband Street, Stillwater, OK, the property having been appraised at $136,000, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash in excess of two-thirds (2/3) of the appraised value of said property above described or so much thereof as will satisfy the judgment of Security Bank, together with attorney's fees, interest and all costs accrued and accruing.
