Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Allen Apblett, deceased, that on the 10th day of February, 2026, Roxanne Menzies, Personal Representative of the Estate has filed in this Court her Final Report and Final Account, Petition for Order Allowing Final Report and Final Account and Determining Heirship, and Petition for Final Decree of Distribution and Discharge.

Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on February 10, 2026, Notice is hereby given that said Final Report and Final Account, Petition for Order Allowing Final Report and Final Account and Determining Heirship, and Petition for Final Decree of Distribution and Discharge is hereby scheduled for hearing on the 19th day of March, 2026, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. in the Payne County District Courthouse, 606 S. Husband, Stillwater, Payne County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
