YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED the State of Oklahoma, through Brenda Nipp, Assistant District Attorney in and for the Ninth Judicial District of Oklahoma, a petition has been filed in the above styled and numbered case, alleging that the above named child is deprived and the same has been set for hearing on the 22nd day of January, 2025 at 1:30PM in the Payne County Courthouse, Payne County, Oklahoma.
