Case No. PB-2024-101 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES, AND FOR ORDER WAIVING FILING OF INVENTORY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of James Duff Hughey s/p/a Jim D. Hughey s/p/a Jim Hughey, Deceased, that on October 21, 2024, David Coleman produced and filed in the District Court of Payne County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing dated October 10, 2023, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of said Deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, that he be appointed as Personal Representative, that the heirs, devisees and legatees of said Decedent be determined by the Court, and that Letters Testamentary be issued to David Coleman, and that the Court enter its order waiving the necessity for filing of inventory. Pursuant to an Order of said Court, notice is hereby given that the 12th day of November, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., has been appointed the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will in the District Courtroom of the Payne County Courthouse at 606 S.
