Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Kevin Lee Sissom, deceased, that there was filed in this Court the Petition of Nichole Graves, praying that the estate of the Decedent be administered, that Nichole Graves be appointed Personal Representative of the estate of Kevin Lee Sissom, without bond, that Letters of Administration issue to Nichole Graves, and that the Court determine the heirs at law of Kevin Lee Sissom, deceased.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court, notice is given that the 20th day of August, 2024 at the 9:00 a.m. is the day and time said Petition will be heard in District Courtroom No. 202, at the Payne County Courthouse, 606 South Husband Street, Stillwater, Payne County, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
