OF HEIRS AT LAW, AND ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY
NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estates of Richard Joseph Weis and Donna Muriel Weis, deceased, that on the 26th day of February, 2026, Elizabeth M. Nelson filed in the District Court of Payne County, Oklahoma, her Petition praying that this Court determine the death of Richard Joseph Weis to have occurred on December 30, 2025, determine the death of Donna Muriel Weis to have occurred on April 24, 2025, appoint a Personal Representative of the Estates, that the heirs-at-law of said decedent be determined by the Court, and that Letters Testamentary be issued to the Personal Representative.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 26th day of February, 2026, Notice is hereby given that the Petition will be heard on the 19th day of March, 2026, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. at the Payne County Courthouse, Stillwater, Payne County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
