Bidding documents may be obtained at the office of the Construction Manager upon a refundable deposit of $150.00 for each set. Electronic copies will be made available upon request. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities.
Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of thirty (30) days after submission. Bids in excess of $50,000.00 must be accompanied with a bid security. Bids in excess of $50,000.00 will be required to procure 100% performance, payment, and maintenance bonds.
