Take notice that you have been sued in the above cause by plaintiffs who bring suit for the purpose of quieting their title to the surface rights to the following real property, to-wit: Lots 33 and 34, Block 1, East Broadway Addition to the City of Cushing, Payne County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, and removing as clouds upon plaintiffs' title the claims of said defendants and that you must answer the petition filed herein by plaintiff on or before September 30, 2024, or said petition will be taken as true and judgement will be rendered for the plaintiffs and against said defendants, quieting plaintiffs' title to said real property, judicially determining the heirs of the aobe referenced decedents to be as set forth in plaintiff's petition and removing the clouds upon plaintiffs' title in and to said real property, and perpetually barring the claims of all defendants.
