The State of Tennessee, Department of Children's Services, has filed a petition against Richard Ryan Gualco, Jr. seeking to adjudicate dependency and neglect. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon Richard Ryan Gualco, Jr. because their whereabouts are unknown. Richard Ryan Gualco, Jr. is hereby ORDERED TO APPEAR IN THE DICKSON COUNTY JUVENILE COURT IN CHARLOTTE, TENNESSE, UNITED STATES ON April 8, 2026, AT 1:00 P.M., to defend the allegations or a default judgement shall be taken against you. You may view and obtain a copy of the Petition and any other subsequently filed legal documents at the Dickson County Juvenile Court Clerk's Office in Charlotte, Tennessee, United States.
