Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the above estate that on the 4th day of March, 2026, BRIAN D. ARRINGTON produced and filed in this Court an instrument in writing purporting to be a certified copy of the Last Will and Testament of ANETA A. DAVIS, Deceased, and also filed in this Court his Petition praying for the probate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary issue thereto to BRIAN D. ARRINGTON, Personal Representative named in said Will, and that the heirs, devisees and legatees of the Decedent be determined.

Pursuant to order of this Court made this date, notice is hereby given that the 2nd day of April, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will, before the Honorable Bryan Plank at the Payne County Courthouse, Stillwater, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
