VAR26-01

It is hereby noticed that at 5:30 p.m., on Thursday, March 19, 2026, in Room 1122, Municipal Building, 723 South Lewis Street, Stillwater, Oklahoma, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Stillwater will hold a special meeting to receive public comment on a request for a variance (VAR26-01) for Ch. 23 Art. VIII Sec.23-210(c) Parking Location Standards in Multi-Family Intermediate (RMI) Zoning District at the property addressed as 721 W 9th Ave., more particularly described as:

LOT 6, BLOCK 2, DUNCAN?S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF STILLWATER, PAYNE COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

At the above time and place, a public hearing will be held regarding such matters, and all residents and all parties in interest shall have an opportunity to be heard regarding the aforementioned matter. The variance application is available for public review prior to the hearing date in the Office of the Clerk, Board of Adjustment, Development Services, Second Floor, Municipal Building, Stillwater, Oklahoma.
