NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of John E. and Carol L. Brown, that on the 12 day of May, Daniel Graham Brown, filed in the District Court of Payne County, Oklahoma, documents dated July 28th, 2003, appearing to be the Last Will and Testaments of John E. and Carol L. Brown. Daniel Graham Brown also filed in the Court a Petition requesting probate of their Last Will and Testaments, that Letters Testamentary be issued to Daniel Graham Brown, the Personal Representative named in the Last Will and Testaments, and that the heirs, legatees and devisees of John E. and Carol L. Brown be determined.
NOTICE IS GIVEN that on the 4 day of June, 2026, at 9:00 o'clock a.m., in the District Court in the Payne County Courthouse, Stillwater, Oklahoma, is appointed the time and place for hearing the petition, and that any persons interested may appear and present objections.
