NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AT LAW, AND ISSUANCE OF LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION

NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of A. Fred Cole, deceased, that on the 13th day of May, 2026, Shelley L. Cole filed in the District Court of Payne County, Oklahoma, her Petition praying that this Court determine the death of A. Fred Cole to have occurred on March 23, 2026, appoint a Personal Representative of the Estate, that the heirs-at-law of said deceƂdent be determined by the Court, and that Letters Testamentary be issued to the Personal Representative.

Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 13th day of May, 2026, Notice is hereby given that the Petition will be heard on the 4th day of June, 2026, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. at the Payne County Courthouse, Stillwater, Payne County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
