COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING
TO:All persons interested in the Estate of Skylar Chetlahoe Whipple you are hereby notified that on June 15, 2026, Petitioner, Janet L. Whipple, filed in the District Court of Payne County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Probate, Appointment of Personal Representative, Issuance of Letters Testamentary, Determination of Heirs, Devisees and Legatees, Distribution and Discharge. The Petitioner has alleged that Skylar Chetlahoe Whipple died on February 21, 2026, domiciled in and residing in Stillwater, Payne County, Oklahoma at the time of his death, and the total value of the Decedent?s property in Oklahoma is greater than $10,000.00 but less than $150,000.00.
In an Order for Summary Proceedings, and Order for Combined Notice to Creditors and Notice of Final Hearing entered herein on July 16, 2026, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and notice of hearing upon final accounting and petition for determination of heirs, distribution and discharge be given herein.
Pursuant to the Order for Summary Proceedings, and Order for Combined Notice to Creditors and Notice of Final Hearing, all creditors having claims against the Estate of Skylar Chetlahoe Whipple, Deceased, are required to present same, with the necessary vouchers and with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Personal Representative, Janet L. Whipple, c/o Micah D. Sexton, Houston, Osborn, Sexton & Thomas PLLC, 123 W. 7th, Suite 200, P.O. Box 1118, Stillwater, OK 74076, on or before August 26, 2026, or the same will be forever barred.
Notice is hereby also given to all persons interested in the Estate of Skylar Chetlahoe Whipple, deceased, that on the 8th day of September, 2026, Janet L. Whipple, Personal Representative of the Estate will file in this Court her Final Report, Petition for Order Allowing Final Report and Determining Heirship, and Petition for Final Decree of Distribution and Discharge, and that Notice is hereby given that said Final Report, Petition for Order Allowing Final Report and Determining Heirship, and Petition for Final Decree of Distribution and Discharge is hereby scheduled for hearing on the 17th day of September, 2026, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. in the Payne County District Courthouse, 606 S. Husband, Payne County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
