NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL
NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Daryl Vance Haak, Deceased, that Jeffrey L. Sinderson produced and filed in the District Court of Payne County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Daryl Vance Haak, Deceased, and also filed in said Court his Petition praying that said Will be admitted to probate, that Jeffrey L. Sinderson be appointed as Personal Representative, and that Letters Testamentary be issued to Jeffrey L. Sinderson.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court, notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of August, 2026 at 9:00 o'clock a.m., the Petition will be heard in District Courtroom No. 310 of the Payne County Courthouse at Stillwater, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
