You are hereby notified that an action has been filed in the District Court of Payne County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2026-305 styled:
THE ESTATE OF IMOGENE ARTHUR MURRAY, Irene Murray, Personal Representative, Plaintiff, v. NATIONS CREDIT HOME EQUITY SERVICES CORPORATION; THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PAYNE COUNTY, OKLAHOMA; and LEE R. DENNEY, COUNTY TREASURER OF PAYNE COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, Defendants.
The Plaintiff's Petition alleges that you may claim some right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest which is adverse to Plaintiff and which constitutes a cloud on the title to the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot Four (4), in Block Two (2), Duncan's Addition to the City of Stillwater, Payne County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
The Plaintiff's Petition alleges that you have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment, or interest in and to the above described Real Property adverse to the Plaintiff.
You are hereby notified that you have been sued and must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 19th day of August, 2026, or the allegations contained in said Petition will be taken as true and judgment in favor of the Plaintiff will be entered as prayed for and a decree will be entered quieting title in the above described Real Property in Plaintiff and against you.
