The Payne County Board of County Commissioners met in a regular meeting of the board at 9:00 a.m. on June 22nd, 2026, at the Payne County Administration Building, Gloria Hesser Commissioners Meeting Room 200/201, located in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
Chairman Zach Cavett called the meeting to order: Meeting called to order at 9:00 a.m.

Cavett reminded the board that the Commissioners own the Payne County Health Department. Cavett stated the authorization would be for either Katlyn Perdy or Steven Gose to sign on behalf of the parking lot project for the Health Department.
