Bids should be mailed or hand delivered to the Payne County Clerk, 315 W. 6th, Suite 202, Stillwater, OK. 74074, Bids must be filed with the Payne County Clerk on or before 9:30 A.M. on AUGUST 19, 2024. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked:

The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept the bid determined to best serve the needs of Payne County.
