DATE OF BIRTH: 7/20/2020 AN ALLEGED DEPRIVED CHILD Case No. JD-2024-34 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Putative Father Brad Grantham or any Unknown Father of L.F. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED the State of Oklahoma, through Brenda Nipp, Assistant District Attorney in and for the Ninth Judicial District of Oklahoma, a petition has been filed in the above styled and numbered case, alleging that the above named child is deprived and the same has been set for hearing on the 22nd day of January, 2025 at 1:30PM in the Payne County Courthouse, Payne County, Oklahoma. FURTHER, that above-named parent must appear before the District Court in and for Payne County, Juvenile Division, thereof, in the courtroom in Stillwater, Oklahoma, at the hour of 1:30PM on the 22nd day of January, 2025, when and where the Court will proceed to hear the merits of said petition and grant such relief or make such orders as the Court deems necessary and proper in these premises. You are advised that the parents are entitled to be represented by an attorney at each and every stage of these proceedings. If a state of indigence exists, such party is entitled to a Court-appointed attorney at public expense. FURTHER, THAT IN THE EVENT the Putative Father Brad Grantham or any Unknown Father of L.F. fails to appear as summoned herein, the Court will proceed to grant such relief and make such orders as the Court deems necessary and proper in said cause, as supported by the findings on the merits of said cause of action. FAILURE TO APPEAR AT THE HEARING SCHEDULED ON THE 22nd DAY OF JANUARY 2025 AT 1:30PM CONSTITUTES A CONSENT TO THE ADJUDICATION OF THE CHILDREN AS DEPRIVED AND MAY ULTIMATELY RESULT IN THE LOSS OF CUSTODY OF THE CHILDREN OR THE TERMINATION OF YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS TO THE CHILDREN.
