YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED the State of Oklahoma, through Brenda Nipp, Assistant District Attorney in and for the Ninth Judicial District of Oklahoma, a petition has been filed in the above styled and numbered case, alleging that the above named child is deprived and the same has been set for hearing on the 22nd day of January, 2025 at 1:30PM in the Payne County Courthouse, Payne County, Oklahoma. FURTHER, that above-named parent must appear before the District Court in and for Payne County, Juvenile Division, thereof, in the courtroom in Stillwater, Oklahoma, at the hour of 1:30PM on the 22nd day of January, 2025, when and where the Court will proceed to hear the merits of said petition and grant such relief or make such orders as the Court deems necessary and proper in these premises. You are advised that the parents are entitled to be represented by an attorney at each and every stage of these proceedings.
