Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time and read aloud during a public meeting at 201 East Lone Chimney Road Glencoe, OK 74032 at 2:00 PM local time.
Bids will be accepted by:
- Sealed envelope
- Electronic Submittal (contact Construction Manager to submit electronically)

Bids submitted by facsimile will not be accepted. Bids submitted after the closing time will not be accepted. Bids received more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the closing time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for this project will be held at 2:00 PM CST on August 20th, 2024. Pre-bid will be held at the project site. (Elementary site followed by Highschool site).
Bidding documents may be obtained at the office of the Construction Manager upon a refundable deposit of $150.00 for each set. Electronic copies will be made available upon request. Bidding documents may be examined at the office of the Construction Manger free of charge. Bidding documents will be delivered to local construction plan rooms.
The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities.
Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of thirty (30) days after submission. Bids in excess of $50,000.00 must be accompanied with a bid security. Bids in excess of $50,000.00 will be required to procure 100% performance, payment, and maintenance bonds.
