Yale Ave. Suite 2020 Tulsa, OK 74136 Until 3:00 PM CST, Tuesday October 29, 2024, for: Owner: Board of Regents for the Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges acting on the behalf of Oklahoma A&M College an agency of the State of Oklahoma Project: The Michael Morgan Building - Supercomputer Renovation Project Scope: Procurement of long lead critical mechanical and electrical equipment to serve the renovated white space Bids will be publicly opened at 4:00 PM CST and read aloud via a Microsoft Teams Video Conference Call. Voluntary Pre-Bid meeting will be held on October 16, 2024, via a Microsoft Teams Video Conference Call. The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and Owner will privately review bids. The owner and construction manager may award the “lowest responsible bidder”. The owner expressly reserves the right to waive all formalities or minor irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Combination of bid packages, incomplete bid packages and/or qualified bids may be subject to rejection. It is the intention of The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and Owner to award this project within 30 days of the proposal date. The bidder must supply all the information required by the documents, hereinafter defined. The bidder must plan for a post bid meeting/interview to review bidders' proposal and scope of work associated with the project. This post bid meeting/interview will be scheduled at the close of business day a minimum of 48-hours after the initial bid day.
