Bids filed with the Stillwater Public Schools Administration Office shall be opened publicly and read aloud in the Stillwater Public Schools Administration Building Boardroom, 314 South Lewis Street, Stillwater Oklahoma at the time stated above or later. Stillwater Public Schools shall consider all bids prior to the award of the contract.
